In search of the finest bean, Mr. Brown journeys from coffee farm to coffee estate in every corner of the world, selecting individually characteristic varieties and harvesting their plump fruits.
Following washing, pulping, and sun-drying, only the very best beans are once again selected for roasting.
Since each type of coffee bean is unique, a specially tailored processing method is required to bring out each bean’s own distinct flavor.

At Mr. Brown, a dedicated team of professional roasters partners with the international Coffee Quality Institute (Q Graders) to ensure the continuous evaluation and calibration of each product. 1979-1985
  • 1979 King Car establishes first beverage factory, the King Car Zhongli Factory, primarily responsible for canned coffee drinks.
  • 1982 Mr. Brown Coffee launches and quickly captures over 60% of market, becoming Taiwan’s leading brand in a burgeoning coffee market.
